That's me

That’s me

I’m 53. I live with my husband, our dogs, and a head full of ideas.
I’m also a mother of three grown-up children.

For most of my life, I’ve been holding many threads at once:
work, family, care, responsibility — and somewhere in between, myself.

I’ve built shops, learned by doing, made mistakes, and kept going.

I’m not here to give advice.
I’m here because at some point, I realised something had to change.

My sleep worsened. My mood shifted.
My body started sending signals I couldn’t ignore.

It wasn’t just hormones.
It was a whole new phase of life.

So I slowed down. I listened.
And I created something I genuinely needed.

That’s how Lunnamell began.

Not as a brand idea, but as a quiet response to a noisy life.

If you’re in a similar place — between caring and carrying,
between doing and feeling —
maybe you’ll find something here that brings a small sense of relief.

That’s all it’s meant to be.

With warmth,
Susanne
