It's me
It's me
I’m not lost.
I’m not broken.
I’m simply not quite the person I used to be — and that’s alright.
Things have shifted.
I feel more.
Sleep comes and goes.
Stress shows up in my shoulders, my jaw, the way I carry the day.
I think deeper thoughts.
I move a little slower.
And I have less patience for pretending.
Midlife isn’t a crisis.
It’s a change —
in rhythm, in priorities, in how I take care of myself.
Some days I feel steady and strong.
Other days I just want stillness.
Sometimes I speak up.
Sometimes I need to step back.
But I’ve stopped apologising for any of it.
And I’ve stopped ignoring what my body tries to tell me.
Because if I don’t listen now —
then when?
The Lunnamell Wrap doesn’t promise miracles.
It’s simply there when I need a moment:
warm, grounding, quiet.
A small reminder:
you’re still here, you’re still you —
and that’s enough.
