Refund & Returns Policy

Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it free of charge.
Please email us at hello@lunnamell.com with a photo within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Change of mind
We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Order changes or cancellations
Orders can be cancelled or changed only before they are processed.
Once an order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Lost in transit
If your order does not arrive within 60 days of dispatch, we will issue a full refund.
