That's me
That’s me
I’m 53. I live with my husband, our dogs, and a lot of ideas – and I’m a mother of three grown-up children.
For most of my life, I’ve been holding many threads at once:
work, family, care, responsibility – and somewhere in between, myself.
I’ve built shops, learned by doing, made mistakes, kept going.
I’m not here to give advice.
I’m here because at some point, I realised: something had to change.
Sleep got worse. Mood shifted. My body sent signals I couldn’t ignore.
It wasn’t just hormones. It was a whole new phase.
So I slowed down. I listened. I created something that I needed.
That’s how Lunnamell started.
Not as a brand idea – but as a quiet response to a noisy life.
If you’re in a similar space – between caring and carrying, between doing and feeling –
maybe you’ll find something here that feels like a small relief.
That’s all it’s meant to be.
With warmth,
Susan
